Photos are vital in defending your company in litigation.
To do so requires immediate action!
Once the driver has secured the scene, checked on others, and notified dispatch, they have to move into photography mode.
Vehicle damage. Road marks. Accident scene. Vehicle positions. Even the undamaged areas of vehicle.
Do not take photos of injured individuals--give them the same respect you would want for your family and yourself.
Otherwise, there cannot be too many photos.
