The student who is chosen for this scholarship will be awarded $1,000 on a per-semester basis. This scholarship is available to Freshmen-Seniors attending a community college or 4-year college or university in Mississippi that falls within any of the classifications listed on the application. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, June 18, 2024.

Celebrating its 11th year, Touch A Truck® Jackson is a family-friendly, hands-on event that offers opportunities for children to EXPLORE, CLIMB, and TOUCH trucks, emergency response vehicles, heavy machinery, and other equipment. Children also get to meet the personnel who protect, serve, and build our community. Learning comes alive when children connect these gigantic vehicles to our Mississippi economy and to potential careers in industries like farming, manufacturing, and construction.
